Speaking of N.O. rappers, I posted a few days back with the Lil Wayne - No Ceilings (Preview). Last night on Ustream, Wayne spoke on Lil Twists channel about No Ceilings. He spoke on not having Twitter, the World Series, spoke to fans... and last but not least. He released the Official No Ceilings Mixtape.
