I'm sure I missed a few. In any case via MTV News Gucci Mane violated probation, and is headed back to the big house.

Gucci Mane just released a trio of mixtapes last month, a mixtape this month, and his album was dropping on Dec. 8. I think this is bad timing, as he was just making that final push into the mainstream after doing those Mario, Omarion, Usher, Jamie Fox & Mariah collabs R&B songs.
